The Mammoth Site Celebrates Giving Tuesday with South Dakota Gives

Giving Tuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities. The Mammoth Site is honored to partner with South Dakota’s Day of Giving.

We would like to announce an exciting new project at The Mammoth Site. We will be working on Botany and Geology Walkways. These walkways will provide an outdoor educational area to enhance the experience at the Site which will focus on STEAM. These new walkways will give our visitors a deeper understanding of the Ice Age as they travel back in time. The Botany and Geology Walkways will allow The Mammoth Site to expand our education, research and outreach. The Day of Giving is an opportunity for you to invest in the future of The Mammoth Site with its Ice Age Discoveries.

Our fundraising goal for this project is $30,000 to help build these new educational experiences. Giving Tuesday, December 1, 2020, is an opportunity for you to invest in the future of The Mammoth Site and our discoveries. We cannot do it without your generosity.
